NORO WA HINA undertakes to fulfil the current legislation regarding the treatment of data of a personal nature and, in particular, Organic Act  15/99, of 13th December, on Protection of Data of a Personal Nature (hereinafter LOPD). By means of the following privacy policy, NORO WA HINA informs its users of the following points:

A)      Ownership of the file

NORO WA HINA informs the user that the data that he/she supplies through the contact form, the reservation form or by sending e-mails will be included on a file with the name of “WEB USERS” of which NORO WA HINA with registered office at1606 Volstruis Marloth Park, Mpumalanga- South Africa is the proprietor. NORO WA HINA guarantees that the file is its exclusive responsibility and that it is duly declared and registered at the General Registry of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

B.1)    When filling in any of the forms available on the website: here the user includes his/her data.  The fields marked with an asterisk must be filled in.

C)      Purpose of the treatment of data of a personal nature

When filling in the contact form, the purchase form or sending an e-mail to NORO WA HINA requesting information each person accepts and authorises NORO WA HINA to use and treat the personal data supplied for the maintenance of the relationship with our users and the handling of the request or purchase made and to gain his/her loyalty as a customer. Likewise, the data will be used for statistical studies and analyses of profiles with the purpose of providing a better service to users.

All the fields marked with an (*) must be filled in. If you do not fill them in totally we will not be able to deal with your request. The forms may only be filled in by persons of over fourteen years of age as those of under fourteen years of age cannot supply their data without the consent of their parents or guardians. Only those of fourteen or more years of age can make requests.  The user guarantees that he/she is over fourteen years of age and assures the site of the authenticity and current nature of all the data that he/she provides to NORO WA HINA and he/she will be the only person responsible for false or inaccurate statements made. 

E)       Confidentiality of the data and security measures

NORO WA HINA guarantees the adoption of the proper measures to ensure the confidential treatment of the data set down in Royal Decree  1720/2007, of 26th December by means of which the Regulation in development of Organic Act 15/99, of 13th December, on Protection of Data of a Personal Nature, is approved and it especially guarantees the confidentiality of the data.
